The Ultimate track and field event

The first of its kind. iRace is open to everyone, it encourages healthy living through exercise. You DO NOT have to be a professional athlete to compete.

Its an opportunity for all those secondary school and college sports day hero's to put their capes back on to compete at iRace 2010.

Training days will also be available for those who feel they need it.

You can either enter as a team or as an individual.

Compete in the following events:

-60m
-100m
-200m
-400m
-800m
-4x4 relay
-Long jump
-Triple jump

Registration forms will then be sent out to you.

All competitors must be over 16.
